Stay18 – Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or used cosmetics and skincare products
• Items marked as non-returnable or final sale
• Gift cards, promotional items, or free samples

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only allowed for defective or incorrect items received. For any other exchange, you may need to place a new order after your refund.

6. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@stay18.com. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Our team will guide you through the return steps and pickup or ship-back process.
